    Carter's Farm Hunt Club

This club is located in Hamilton County, Florida between the towns of Jasper and Live Oak. This club has been under QDM for twelve years. On this property we have 2,000 acres under management with an additional 500 coming online in 2008.

Our harvest guidelines are four points on one side, with the antler spread extending to the outside of the ears. The age class of the buck deer also has to be three and a half years old. At NO time do we kill spike bucks, aged at one year on any of our properties.

Our program for growing trophy bucks and mature gobblers is centered around an extensive supplemental feeding program. We have over twenty-five food plots, ten stationary feeders and we maintain between thirty and forty mineral stations at all times. A supplemental pellet feeding program is also in place, utilizing the "Record Rack" product.

Carter's Farm is centered around our 5,000 square foot lodge. The lodge at Carter's Farm is an old tobacco barn that we have completely renovated for a high quality lodging experience. Each member has the benefit of their own private bedroom to retreat to after a long day of hunting. Our common area has a large TV supplied with DirectTV and our kitchen area is utilized for our group cooking and fellowship. All of our clubs utilize the strategy of "sanctuary areas" on each of these properties, as well as, only allowing driving on the main access roads.
